About The Position

Fleetworthy is hiring a Client Service Representative as an entry point into fleet compliance and service to the trucking industry. The role works closely with assigned carrier clients to help maintain compliance by processing and coordinating compliance work, validating data, answering questions, and resolving issues. The representative serves as a dependable client contact and helps clients use compliance platforms and internal tools. Full training is provided, and prior experience with Fleetworthy’s systems is not required. Fleetworthy supports employee growth, with potential progression into senior compliance, account management, or operations positions.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional, and results-oriented approach.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and working with a variety of client personalities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment on client matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a focused, desk-based environment using several SaaS platforms.
• Adaptability to changing regulations and evolving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary processor for assigned carrier clients by processing and coordinating compliance work and responding promptly and consistently.
• Build reliable, positive working relationships with clients.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and issues related to products and services.
• Support other customer-facing teams and guide clients through compliance platforms and internal tools, providing coaching as needed.
• Stay current on federal and state regulations affecting carrier compliance.
• Perform daily data validation and quality control to identify issues before they reach clients.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and improve outcomes.
