About The Position

Join VCA Animal Hospitals, a leader in pet health care nationwide, as a Client Service Manager. This role will lead the Client Service Representative teams at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists and Emergency (NWVS) in Clackamas, OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for world-class service and people leadership, with experience in Financial and Records Management, Office Management, Meeting and Events Planning, and Team Development. This position requires a self-starter who can take initiative to elevate the client experience and lead the team. The Client Service Manager will manage daily staffing/scheduling, professional development, training, performance, mentorship, and guidance, ensuring efficient processes and excellent client service. This role involves both administrative and hands-on activities to support effective business operations and meet client and employee expectations.
