As our team continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Client Service Coordinator to join us and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
  • 4+ years of related experience is a plus
  • Ability to obtain Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses within 6 months of employment
  • Strong understanding of health insurance and employee benefits preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day service needs of assigned clients, including benefits administration and wellness initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and ongoing support needs
  • Partner with Account Leads and internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, communications, and engagement materials
  • Maintain and update client information within internal systems and Salesforce
  • Support employee communication and engagement initiatives for clients
  • Track wellness participation and assist with reporting needs
  • Provide support during client open enrollment meetings and educational sessions
  • Help monitor compliance timelines and assist with benefit compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to support special projects and team initiatives
  • Travel to client locations for meetings, open enrollments, and onsite support as needed
