About The Position

HUB International is looking for a dynamic Client Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the EB&R Practice in our Toronto HUB International Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate team environment and takes pride in customer excellence. Superior time-management, organizational, and follow-up skills are essential for this position, which supports a Senior Consultant and Account Manager in day-to-day operations. This is a 25-hour per week role, working Monday-Friday.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative support experience
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems, i.e. Epic broker management system
  • Strong organizational, time and client management skills
  • Effective communication skills: verbal and written
  • Strong team player
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Strong initiative and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes through Insurance carrier portals
  • Prepare plan comparisons
  • Gathers data and assists with the preparation of marketing documents
  • Prepares cover letters
  • Support Sr Consultant and Account Manager with service requests
  • Follow up and review receivables
  • Monitor General Inbox and make intake calls
  • Maintain electronic files and create new client profiles
  • Client billing
  • Other duties as assigned
