About The Position
Serene Healthcare Staffing provides healthcare staffing solutions to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, and Hospitals. Our mission is to deliver reliable clinicians quickly and consistently. We are seeking a Client Sales Representative (SDR / BD Rep) to generate new business by securing contracts and job orders from healthcare facilities. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls + email)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must attend Lynnwood office at least once per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers (DONs, Administrators, Executive Directors)
- Present staffing services and close agreements
- Generate job orders and long-term client relationships
