About The Position
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and getting rewarded based on results, not hours. As a Canvasser, you will generate new business by introducing homeowners to our heating and air conditioning services. In addition to neighborhood canvassing, you will have opportunities to generate leads through company-sponsored home shows, community events, and by building relationships with local referral partners. No HVAC experience is required, as we will teach you the business. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, confidence, and the willingness to persevere after hearing 'no.'
