About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Canvassers for Roofing Sales. This is a full-time, commission-based 1099 position with a compensation of $100 per verified lead. The company is looking for self-motivated, success-driven, confident, and integrity-filled individuals who enjoy working outside and are comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales. Self-generated leads are expected, and the role offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, and opportunities for leadership and upward mobility. This is a year-round job with the vision of becoming America's #1 Roofer, requiring growth and leaders.
