Canvasser - Roofing Sales
About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a motivated Canvasser for Roofing Sales to join their expanding team across the Midwest and South. This is a full-time, commission-based 1099 position where compensation is $100 per verified lead. A verified lead is defined as a door knocked that is subsequently verified by the sales team, leading to a Project Manager performing a roof inspection. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and an amazing support system to help individuals succeed in self-generating leads through door-to-door sales. Roofing sales is presented as a year-round job.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with D2D sales.
- Self-generated leads are expected.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable Transportation (no company vehicle provided).
- Cell Phone.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Self-starting attitude.
- Be a go-getter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities
- Door-to-door self-generating leads are expected.
