About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team as a Canvasser for Roofing Sales. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position where you will be responsible for generating your own leads through door-to-door sales. The company is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, success-driven, confident, and possess integrity. A detailed training program and supportive work environment are provided, with opportunities for leadership and upward mobility for the right candidates. This is a year-round job with the potential to build a new career.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Self-starting attitude
- Go-getter mentality
- Reliable Transportation (no company vehicle provided)
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable with D2D sales
- Self-generation of leads is expected

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door (D2D) sales to generate leads.
- Self-generate leads through consistent effort.
- Perform verified lead generation, where a door is knocked and verified.
- Confirm leads with the Sales Team.
- Ensure a Project Manager can perform an inspection on a roof.
- Work outside in various weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers.
- Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
