Canvasser - Roofing Sales
About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is expanding across the Midwest and South and is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Canvassers for Roofing Sales. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position where compensation is $100 per verified lead. A verified lead is defined as a door knocked that is subsequently verified by the sales team, with a Project Manager performing an inspection. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and an amazing support system to help individuals succeed. Self-generating leads through door-to-door efforts is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job, and the company builds during winter. They also hire veterans and require comfort with D2D sales.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with D2D sales.
- Self-generating leads are expected.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Cell Phone.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Self-starting attitude.
- Be a go getter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities
- Knock on doors to generate leads.
