About The Position

The Client Relations Representative (CRR) is a sales-focused client relationship and business development role, rather than a traditional administrative support position. Based onsite at the Fort Lauderdale headquarters with travel, the CRR serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, generates appointments, supports advisor growth initiatives, and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based outreach and relationship-building. Success is measured by appointment generation, client engagement, event execution, outreach activity, and contribution to advisor and business growth. The role includes converting warm leads into qualified appointments, executing marketing events, supporting new-client onboarding, and maintaining consistent outreach. The CRR partners with Advisors, the Marketing team, and other internal teams to support client engagement, business development, and smooth client experiences.
