About The Position

TruPark USA is seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Maintenance Associate to help keep its parking facilities clean, safe, and operational while contributing to a positive customer experience. The role collaborates with colleagues, the Parking Manager, and Building Management to uphold facility standards. The work schedule is weekends, 8 hours per day. The Maintenance Associate performs routine cleaning and basic maintenance, operates cleaning equipment, helps with general upkeep, and completes assignments from management. The role also requires professional and courteous interactions with customers and team members, prompt communication about safety or maintenance concerns, and maintaining records of maintenance activities and needed repairs or supplies.

Requirements

Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Conduct basic maintenance, equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures.
Use pressure washers, sweepers, blowers, and other cleaning devices.
Assist with painting, power washing, and other general upkeep activities.
Complete special assignments as directed by management.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management of necessary repairs or supplies.
Represent TruPark professionally and courteously.
Assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions as needed.
Promptly communicate potential safety or maintenance issues.
