About The Position

The Client Relations Representative (CRR) is a sales-focused client relationship and business development role, rather than a traditional administrative support position. Based at the Fort Lauderdale headquarters, this full-time, onsite role serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients while generating appointments, supporting advisor growth initiatives, and creating an exceptional client experience. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based outreach and relationship building. Success is measured by appointment generation, client engagement, event execution, outreach activity, and contribution to advisor and business growth. The CRR follows up with leads and clients, converts warm leads into qualified appointments, supports new client onboarding, and maintains consistent outreach. In partnership with Advisors and the Marketing team, the representative helps plan and execute workshops, seminars, client appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives. The role also maintains accurate CRM records, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with internal teams to support seamless client experiences. The position requires local and other travel for events and advisor support, with travel up to 50%, including overnight trips. Occasional evening work is required to support events.
