As the primary contact for assigned accounts, the CRM is responsible for maintaining the health and growth of existing client relationships. The Client Relations Manager is the internal customer advocate and partners with Billing, Sales, File Interface, AMR and Service to assist our clients. This individual will: Establish and build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing communication Be responsible for providing solutions to clients and conducting on-site visits when necessary Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers in revenue opportunities and help grow the business by anticipating client needs and expectations.
