About The Position

Broadridge is seeking a Client Project Administrator to join its Registered Issuer Team. The role manages internal aspects of Registered Issuer client projects to support timely, efficient progress. It also analyzes departmental operations to improve efficiency, provides accurate reporting to internal departments, and develops an understanding of the securities industry. The position is assigned to the Edgewood, New York office and is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days per week. The role is bonus eligible.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a proxy or financial services environment, with resulting knowledge of the securities industry and related products.
Ability to actively listen, comprehend, and execute.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand project scope, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Education and/or experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Participate in assigned projects and special tasks within set timeframes.
