Client Partner

Intradiem

About The Position

The Client Partner is a senior, quota-carrying sales role responsible for building peer-level executive relationships with senior operations and technology leaders—often a Chief Operating Officer or SVP of Operations—at targeted net-new enterprise accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the role leads the executive buyer’s journey for full-suite Dynamic Workforce Orchestration opportunities spanning front-office and back-office solutions. The Client Partner elevates conversations to the senior executive level, sells Intradiem’s DWO Operational Assessment, and owns the sales cycle from first executive contact through close. The role approaches prospects as a senior partner from a top-tier management consulting or advisory firm: leading with researched, account-specific insights, benchmark data, and a clear point of view rather than a product pitch. The Client Partner is accountable for the rigor of the business case and recommendations as well as the sale. The Client Partner develops executive engagement across target accounts, secures agreement to Operational Assessments, and runs those engagements with defined workstreams, executive checkpoints, and polished, data-driven deliverables. Working with Intradiem’s consulting team, the role presents assessment findings, business cases, risk assessments, cash-flow analyses, recommendations, and solution roadmaps. The Client Partner coordinates internal sales, solutions, marketing, and delivery resources, owns the opportunity through proposal, negotiation, and signature, and remains engaged after the sale to protect the relationship and identify expansion. Travel to prospect and client sites may be required as needed. Intradiem describes itself as a people-first company that values trust, respect, flexibility, collaboration, and technology that empowers people. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based when applying; identity and employment eligibility will be verified during onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to C-suite and senior executive buyers within large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record owning account relationships of $10 million or larger and building $5 million to $10 million or more in new business annually.
  • Ability to gain access to and build trust with senior operations executives, including COOs, and lead consultative, value-based sales conversations with empathy for executive priorities and pressures.
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas, with the ability to act as a peer-level partner to prospective leadership teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to build and defend rigorous ROI and business cases covering payback period and cost-to-serve impact before CFO-level audiences.
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills to turn complex operational issues into a diagnosis, prioritized recommendations, and a defensible roadmap.
  • Executive-caliber written and verbal communication and the ability to deliver polished, insight-led presentations that lead with conclusions rather than product features.
  • Trusted-advisor mindset that prioritizes client outcomes, including willingness to be direct with executives when supported by the data.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed environment and coordinating internal Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, marketing, and delivery resources.
  • Resourcefulness and resilience to navigate long, complex executive sales cycles and keep stalled deals moving.
  • Willingness to travel to prospect and client sites as needed.
