About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Client Partner to lead enterprise account management, growth, and new-logo development within a globally recognized media and entertainment organization. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong executive-level engagement skills, and the ability to drive high-value technology and digital transformation programs across multiple business units.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of client-facing experience in media, entertainment, streaming, consumer, or theme park industries.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts ($25M–$100M+) and driving multi-year revenue growth.
  • Strong background working with Orlando/SoCal media ecosystems, including technology, production, streaming, animation, digital, and consumer experiences.
  • Experience acquiring new logos and expanding into adjacent business lines.
  • Ability to partner with global delivery centers for large-scale solutioning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services, Digital platforms, Cloud, Data, Enterprise Applications, and Infrastructure Operations.
  • Excellent executive communication, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Orlando or Burbank with regular on-site client engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with or supporting large media & entertainment enterprises.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Exposure to theme park technologies, consumer digital experiences, or studio production workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive-level liaison for all ongoing and new initiatives across the media, entertainment, theme parks, streaming, and consumer business units.
  • Own end-to-end client relationship management, revenue growth, contract expansion, and delivery excellence for the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the organization's business priorities across Orlando and Southern California.
  • Drive new-logo acquisitions within the media and entertainment ecosystem and expand footprint across emerging business units.
  • Partner closely with internal delivery, practice, and leadership teams to ensure solution alignment, customer satisfaction, and operational success.
  • Identify opportunities for IT Services, Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Build deep relationships across VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders to influence long-term roadmaps and multi-year transformation programs.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, P&L ownership, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure all programs meet quality, compliance, SLAs, and digital standards set by the enterprise.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, technology forums, and on-site engagements across Orlando theme parks and SoCal studio/production environments.
