About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow a key Energy & Utilities account. This role requires strong expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle), delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement (CTO/CIO level). The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing complex enterprise accounts and driving digital transformation initiatives within the E&U sector.

Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of IT services experience, with strong exposure to the Energy & Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 8+ years in Client Partner / Account Director / Engagement Partner roles.
  • Strong ERP background (SAP preferred) and digital transformation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success working with CIO/CTO and senior technology leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.

  • Experience handling large Energy & Utilities client portfolios.
  • Experience working in the Houston market with strong regional understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global delivery teams in a hybrid onsite–offshore model.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for the client, including building relationships with CTO, CIO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Drive account growth by identifying and developing opportunities across ERP modernization, cloud, digital engineering, and managed services.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with client leadership.
  • Define long-term business and technology roadmaps in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Own end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution of all engagements.
  • Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure solution integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations, risks, and service-level commitments.
  • Establish continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for ERP implementations, upgrades, and support—preferably SAP or Oracle.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud migration, analytics, and enterprise architecture optimization.
  • Align technology strategies with the client's enterprise needs.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (CIO/CTO).
  • Manage P&L, revenue forecasting, and growth strategy for the portfolio.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Strengthen collaboration between global delivery teams and onsite leadership.
