Summer Internship Program 2027 - Client Operations Intern
About The Position
The ICE Internship Program provides hands-on, impactful project work alongside practical career and professional development. Interns participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Client Operations Intern supports ICE’s client operations team by helping maintain client relationships, developing product knowledge, and documenting client feedback and recurring issues. The internship requires full-time, five-days-a-week availability at the Jacksonville office for the full duration of one of two designated program schedules: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Partial participation and alternate dates cannot be accommodated. Candidates select a preferred session during the application process.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and advancing to at least the junior year of study.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to client support, including case management, defect tracking, and client engagement.
- Interest in improving processes and creating documentation.
- Available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support client satisfaction by assisting with client communication and problem resolution.
- Develop product expertise and share knowledge with internal teams and customers by contributing to training resources and best practices.
- Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
