Summer Internship Program 2027 - Client Delivery Intern
About The Position
The Client Delivery Intern supports the Client Delivery team’s processes and deliverables, with a focus on identifying process improvements. The internship includes hands-on work on business projects and participation in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, opportunities to connect with fellow interns, and exposure to the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The program offers two schedule options: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Interns must work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one selected schedule. Partial participation and alternate dates are not available.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be advancing to at least the junior year of study.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, diagnose problems, and formulate solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized enough to support multiple tasks at once.
- Available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the full duration of one of the designated program schedules.
Responsibilities
- Shadow Client Delivery team members to understand key team deliverables.
- Help maintain process documentation with applicable updates and review existing processes to identify potential improvements.
- Assist in monitoring key data elements to support Client Delivery success.
- Triage incoming internal inquiries about Client Delivery processes, with support from the Client Delivery Manager.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
