About The Position

The Client Delivery Intern supports the Client Delivery team’s processes and deliverables, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role includes hands-on work, practical career and professional development, and participation in weekly sessions led by industry leaders. Interns also connect with fellow interns and deepen their understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The internship is available for one of two program schedules: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Candidates select a preferred session during the application process. Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one designated schedule. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, and be at least advancing to the junior year of study.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose problems, and formulate solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized enough to support multiple tasks at once.
• Must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Client Delivery team members to understand key team deliverables.
• Help maintain process documentation with applicable updates and review existing processes to identify potential improvements.
• Assist in monitoring key data elements to support Client Delivery success.
• Triage incoming internal inquiries about Client Delivery processes, with support from the Client Delivery Manager.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
