Summer Internship Program 2027 - Systems Operations Analyst Intern

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc.•Atlanta, GA
•Onsite

About The Position

The Systems Operations Analyst Intern supports a global systems operations team with incident monitoring, operational reporting, and documentation, and leads a procedure testing and refresh initiative. The intern validates existing runbooks against live systems, rewrites them so they can be executed by any shift without relying on tribal knowledge, and presents the results to Systems Operations leadership at the end of the program. The internship also provides hands-on project work and professional development, including weekly sessions led by industry leaders and opportunities to learn about financial services, technology, and the mortgage industries. Interns participate in incident bridge calls and team meetings across shifts and locations to learn how a global systems operations team runs a live exchange environment. The program offers two schedule options: May 24–August 6 or June 7–August 20, 2027. Interns must work full-time, five days a week, at the Atlanta office for the entire duration of one selected schedule; partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.
