Summer Internship Program 2027 - Index Analyst Intern
About The Position
The ICE Internship Program provides hands-on work on business-impacting projects, career and professional development, opportunities to build connections and interpersonal skills, and weekly sessions led by industry leaders. Interns also connect with fellow interns and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Index Analyst Intern supports efforts to enhance data flows for index operations to improve accuracy and timeliness. This internship requires full-time, five-day-a-week attendance at ICE's New York (11 Wall Street) office for the full duration of one designated program schedule. Candidates must select a preferred session during the application process; partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study.
- A highly technical, math/physics background and a keen interest in finance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Effective computer skills and a solid working knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the New York (11 Wall Street) office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule.
Responsibilities
- Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager.
- Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value.
- Support initiatives to enhance data flows for index operations, improving accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
