The Client Marketing Coordinator position is a part of Tenstreet’s Job Store Operations team and is responsible for supporting client digital marketing campaigns, including ad placement, data analytics and monitoring, and market research.

Requirements

• Meticulous and have a strong attention to detail
• Teach yourself new things on a computer daily and are fluent in MS Office 365 and working in an internet browser.
• Strong communicator and can easily build rapport with teammates and clients
• Organized and not intimidated by (sometimes lengthy) to-do lists.
• Task-oriented, but can get stuff done even without all the information at the start.
• Enjoy a challenging and fast paced work environment.
• Deal positively with obstacles and failures in pursuit of challenging goals.
• Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning, does so quickly, and enjoy solving problems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with running ad campaigns across various platforms including Facebook and Google

Responsibilities

• Working within Facebook, Google and other platforms to run marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and adjusting campaigns as needed
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients
• Responding to and resolving client requests and questions, primarily via email
• Working with client marketing data and metrics
• Conducting new client vetting and online research.
• Researching consumer requests for information
• Handling special projects as needed
