About The Position

The Client Manager drives revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships. The role collaborates with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to the success of the sales team. This is a hybrid role requiring team members to be in the Dayton, Ohio office weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Requirements

• Successful sales experience.
• Excellent business-to-business sales experience.
• Proven success negotiating contracts and closing business.
• Experience interacting with C-level corporate executives.
• Previous field account management and marketing experience.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Identify, target, and maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Take responsibility for the overall health and status of customer relationships.
• Provide internal partners with customer feedback regarding product or content issues.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align objectives.
• Gather customer and market insights to ensure customer needs are met and report against goals.
