Job Description: This role offers an opportunity to become the welcoming voice and first point of contact for clients seeking support from Job Duck. As the Receptionist, you will handle daily phone interactions with professionalism, warmth, and clarity, ensuring each caller feels heard and guided. You will manage call flow, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintain accurate message tracking to support seamless operations. Someone who communicates gracefully, remains composed under pressure, and naturally builds rapport will excel in this position. This role is ideal for an individual who values consistency, empathy, and high-quality client service.
