Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Intermediate MS skills
  • Positive/Eager Attitude
  • Effectively communicate (verbal and written) to different levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and practical use of an Applicant Tracking System
  • Previous customer service
  • Ability to manage data entry with sensitive and confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • VMS tools (Bullhone, Simplify, Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the point of contact for consultants & clients/AMs throughout the onboarding process (communicates status, answer questions, verifies start date & reporting details, and coordinates all follow-up efforts), as well as the duration of their assignment (until project completion/termination)
  • Administer and maintain company onboarding process using Bullhorn and VMS system(s) (if applicable)
  • Works closely with Onboarding Team to support and monitor execution of Client onboarding requirements (background & drug screens, paperwork, etc.)
  • Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, manage and coordinates all communication with candidates
  • Keep up with status of consultants throughout the hiring process from candidate accept to start
  • Establish, maintain, optimize and grow relationships with clients and account managers
  • Conduct terminations and general counseling when necessary
  • Data entry & integrity, audits & reporting
  • Ability to think critically & focus on process accuracy
