About The Position

This role supports both roastery packaging operations and Allegiant Stadium activations. The Fulfillment & Events Coordinator ensures finished goods are packaged accurately, staged efficiently, and delivered successfully while coordinating the execution of stadium events that reflect the hospitality standards of Mothership Coffee Roasters. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and operationally aware, understanding that fulfillment accuracy impacts various aspects of the business. They should be comfortable with structured packaging workflows and dynamic event environments, anticipating needs, confirming logistics, and maintaining organization across multiple priorities. Professional brand representation in production and public-facing settings is key, along with taking ownership of execution from packaging through delivery and staging.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in fulfillment, production, logistics coordination, hospitality operations, or event execution preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage timelines across multiple workflows
  • Comfortable working in both production and live-event environments
  • Strong communication across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Schedule flexibility including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large venue operations preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety handling standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Package roasted coffee and cold brew according to production specifications
  • Label products with roast dates, batch identifiers, and allergen information
  • Stage café transfers, wholesale deliveries, and stadium orders accurately
  • Maintain FIFO rotation and freshness standards
  • Track packaging material inventory and communicate restock needs
  • Support finished goods inventory organization and storage
  • Coordinate Allegiant Stadium events from preparation through execution
  • Confirm quantities, timelines, and delivery logistics with internal teams
  • Maintain event calendars and service coordination schedules
  • Verify staging completeness prior to stadium departures
  • Support menu accuracy, labeling compliance, and presentation standards
  • Represent Mothership Coffee Roasters professionally during stadium activations
  • Track event inventory levels and communicate restock requirements
  • Maintain documentation including order summaries, invoices, and event reports
  • Assist with signage, menus, and activation setup materials
  • Support delivery staging and logistics coordination as needed
