About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join their Client Experience Team. This role focuses on selling dance class memberships by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting membership options. The position also involves onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership benefits, and posting to social media during classes. The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, and aims to make a difference in people's lives. Persuasiveness, articulateness, and confidence are key attributes. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
