About The Position

DivaDance is seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join their Client Experience Team. This role focuses on selling dance class memberships by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting membership options. Responsibilities include onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership benefits, and posting to social media during classes while observing the class experience. The ideal candidate thrives on building meaningful rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference in people's lives. Persuasiveness, articulateness, and confidence are key attributes. While all onboarding details are provided, prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
