About The Position

DivaDance is seeking a confident, persuasive Client Experience Host to promote its inclusive dance class memberships and create a positive experience for clients. The role involves connecting with clients at classes, learning about their experiences and goals, and explaining how membership options may suit them. The host also onboards new members, helps them make the most of their memberships, observes the class experience, and posts to social media during classes.

The position hosts one to two classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. Classes are held at existing facilities rather than a DivaDance-owned location. The host is expected to work at a studio in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, and needs reliable transportation. Compensation is $15 per class, plus $25 per membership sold and free dance classes. A tablet or iPad is ideal.

Requirements

• Confident, persuasive, articulate communication style.
• Ability to form meaningful rapport with people.
• Reliable transportation to the studio in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
