DivaDance Reading Client Experience Host
About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a confident, persuasive Client Experience Host to connect with clients at dance classes and sell inclusive dance class memberships. The host learns about clients’ experiences and goals, presents membership options, onboards new members, and helps them make the most of their memberships. The role also involves posting to social media during classes while observing the class experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building rapport, is fun and values-driven, strives for excellence, and is persuasive, articulate, and confident. DivaDance provides onboarding details and prefers candidates with customer service and/or sales experience. The host will work at DivaDance classes in existing facilities, primarily at a studio in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The schedule is 1–2 classes per week, mostly evenings and possibly weekends. Reliable transportation is needed. Compensation is $15 per class plus $25 per membership sold and free dance classes. A tablet or iPad is ideal for the role.
