Nurse Galina’s Caregiving is seeking a Client Experience Specialist, Care Coordinator & Scheduler who understands that this role is not just administrative — it is transformational. The mission behind this position is to be the calm voice on the other end of the phone when families are in crisis. The role involves responding to inquiries from families seeking guidance and support, conducting intake calls with empathy, clarity, and confidence, coordinating caregiver schedules with precision and urgency, ensuring seamless communication between families and care teams, maintaining documentation and follow-through with excellence, supporting long-distance family caregivers navigating complex situations, and upholding concierge-level responsiveness and professionalism. The goal is to help turn stress into structure, confusion into clarity, and overwhelm into a plan. This is for someone who believes families deserve better and that caregiving should feel coordinated, not chaotic.
