About The Position

HTech provides software, websites, AI-powered solutions, ticketing platforms, golf course management software, and custom applications to businesses across the country. We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help guide customers from signed contract through onboarding, launch, adoption, and long-term success. This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Product, Technical Support, and our customers. You'll coordinate onboarding, gather project requirements, conduct client training, support implementations, and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure clients get maximum value from our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new client onboarding and training
  • Gather project requirements, assets, and launch materials
  • Support website, SaaS, and AIO implementations
  • Track implementation progress and project milestones
  • Conduct proactive customer check-ins
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Identify and address potential customer concerns
  • Support customer retention and engagement efforts
  • Gather customer feedback and feature requests
  • Track recurring customer concerns
  • Share customer insights with internal teams
  • Coordinate between Sales, Support, Product, and Development teams
  • Help ensure smooth customer handoffs and project launches
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding and customer success processes
