About the position

The Client Engagement Specialist at Giant Machines is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed client expectations. The successful candidate will have exceptional relationship management skills, a passion for selling professional services, and a strong understanding of Giant Machines' offerings. They should be goal-oriented, creative, and highly motivated to make a meaningful impact in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client discovery during the sales process, understanding the underlying motivations behind client questions, objections, and statements.
  • Assist in managing the sales process and ensure prompt responses to client inquiries, collaborating with internal teammates as necessary.
  • Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective clients.
  • Promote Giant Machines' value proposition to existing customers within a highly competitive market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall success and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Giant Machines' offerings and products to showcase our value to clients.
