The Client Action Team (CAT) is looking to add an intermediate level Client Engagement Designer at the Mississauga office. The Client Engagement Designer will come with at least 5 years prior work history and will use their experience to help Client Engagement Directors on key Hatch pursuits.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/certificate in Design, Communications, Marketing, Business or relevant field
  • Experience with the following office and design tools is mandatory: InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to manage diverse workload under pressure
  • An innate passion for winning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to quality work products with high attention to detail
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills that can be applied to a variety of scenarios
  • Ability to problem solve in the moment and take ownership of results
  • Capacity to work well in both in-person and online environments with global CAT members

  • Spanish language proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leverage client-focused thinking to develop visual messaging for pursuit materials, including presentations, proposal documents, and leave behinds
  • Create various pursuit material graphics, including images and organizational charts
  • Contribute to strategy development meetings, including win strategy and presentation preparation
  • Prioritize workload of multiple requests and own quality deliverables
  • Bring forward your solutions and recommendations for broader application by the CEDT
  • Coach and develop the design capability for the overall Client Engagement Design Team (peers and juniors)
  • Bring strong creative vision that transcends details of the assignment and pushes the boundaries of new and innovative design
  • Execute ad hoc Client Action Team member requests.
