TEKsystems is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to serve as the RCS Project lead for conversions onto the custody and clearing platform. This role involves managing your own workflow while keeping key stakeholders informed and involved. You will foster and collaborate in the development of new client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform. Effective external and internal client communication is crucial, as is developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions. You will conduct educational meetings with professional presentations, ensure follow-up and training on inquiries related to services, qualifications, instructions, or paperwork requirements for various programs. This role also ensures the completion of all onboarding-related tasks, maintains Salesforce workflow and data requirements, and ensures the accuracy, completion, and archival of onboarding contracts. A key aspect is proactively monitoring onboarding activity, identifying system or potential risk situations, and escalating appropriately. You will also build and maintain key relationships and coordinate tasks with internal business lines, demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance.
