About The Position

Wood is seeking a Client Engagement Lead to drive growth across its Americas Vibration, Dynamics, and Noise (VDN) team within the Asset Health service line. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, originating and converting opportunities, and delivering integrated technical solutions across energy and adjacent sectors. As Wood VDN, formerly BETA Machinery Analysis does significant amount of work in the pulsation and vibration space associated with reciprocating compressors the ideal candidate will have an understanding of rotating machinery, packaging, pulsation and vibration analysis (i.e. API 618, API 688, API 11P, etc.). The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal subject matter experts to position Wood as a trusted advisor, ensuring the successful delivery of high-value, multi-disciplinary projects. This role requires a balance of commercial leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to lead teams to achieve both client and business outcomes. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Houston, TX area. At times there may be a need for up to 50% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood, now or in the future.

Requirements

Understanding of rotating machinery, packaging, pulsation and vibration analysis (i.e. API 618, API 688, API 11P, etc.).
