This role is not about filling seats. It is about protecting the culture. You will screen candidates on Zoom, help promising people understand what the opportunity actually is (and is not), and walk new hires through onboarding so they never feel lost.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace

Responsibilities
