As a Client Development Specialist, you will support our talent onboarding, screening, and client care initiatives. You will screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews, and help integrate new team members into our culture, while also serving as a professional point of contact for client inquiries. This is a 100% remote / work-from-home position focused on communication, alignment, and thoughtful selection.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must currently reside in one of the following approved provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Newfoundland and Labrador.

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews, and assess talent for cultural alignment and potential.
  • Help new team members smoothly integrate into our culture and training systems.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing accurate information regarding company services and policies.
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and candidates to encourage loyalty and trust.
  • Resolve customer and candidate concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Identify client needs, recommend suitable programs or services, and support internal team initiatives.
