Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional, high-quality virtual meetings with working families to review their benefits and protection programs.
  • Translate complex benefit information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions tailored to each family's unique needs.
  • Open, update, and manage client accounts accurately using our digital CRM platform with strong attention to detail.
  • Process application documents in strict alignment with established provincial guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate daily in virtual team coaching, skill workshops, and collaborative training modules.
  • Work alongside a supportive, remote team to meet collective service excellence goals.
