Responsibilities

Conduct professional virtual enrollment consultations with clients, primarily in Ontario and participating provinces.
Educate clients on available options to help them make informed decisions.
Complete applications accurately and in strict compliance with all relevant provincial regulatory requirements.
Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with high attention to detail.
Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, including coverage reviews and policy updates.
Stay current on products, industry trends, and provincial regulations.
Track client interactions and enrollment progress using the company CRM.
Participate actively in regular team training and group coaching sessions.
