About The Position

As a Family Benefits Coordinator, you will help Canadian families choose the coverage that protects the people they love most. This is a remote position with a team that feels like one, offering real benefits and built-in mentorship. You will meet with families via Zoom, guide them through their options, complete applications accurately, and maintain contact with existing clients. The role emphasizes a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
  • Reliable internet, quiet space, real desire to grow

Responsibilities

  • Meet with families on Zoom and walk them through their options
  • Ask the right questions before you make a recommendation
  • Complete applications correctly and on time
  • Stay in touch with existing clients through the year
  • Take part in daily huddles and weekly training
