About The Position

Globe Life is expanding across Canada and opening a limited number of seats on our Client Enrollment team. This is a fully remote position where you will meet Canadian families over Zoom who have already requested to hear from us. Your role will be to help them choose coverage that fits their life and get paid every week for the work you do. The day-to-day involves meeting families over Zoom, walking them through benefit options in plain language, helping them select appropriate coverage, completing applications cleanly, and following up professionally. You will also participate in daily coaching sessions.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
• Reliable internet and a quiet home setup

Responsibilities

• Meet Canadian families over Zoom (they booked the meeting, not you)
• Walk them through their benefit options in plain language
