Client Care Specialist
About The Position
Gateway Services is hiring a Client Care Specialist at Agape Pet Services in Kernersville, North Carolina. The role is the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents, providing compassionate and professional support during emotionally difficult moments and helping ensure pets receive dignified aftercare. The specialist supports customers by phone, email, and in person; records service requests and special instructions; coordinates with Operations; and may assist with pet parent viewings and order pickups. The position is on-site in a Gateway Care Center, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and training is provided.
