Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients to understand their care needs and recommend appropriate services
Develop strong partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and community organizations
Visit clients to ensure quality care, satisfaction, and ongoing service excellence
Coordinate care transitions and communicate updates with families and office staff
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall care experience
Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives
Work alongside caregivers and office teams to provide seamless service from start to finish
Maintain detailed client information and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Help resolve concerns quickly while delivering outstanding customer service
Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the local community
