About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Client Success Specialists. This opportunity combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you get started. You'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
Be willing to participate in required training
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, call centers, military service, client relations, financial services, recruiting, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
Listen to client needs, priorities, and concerns
Answer questions clearly, professionally, and promptly
Provide personalized guidance based on individual needs
Build positive, long-term client relationships
Provide ongoing follow-up and customer service
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities efficiently
Conduct virtual benefit consultations
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Review available coverage with clients
Help clients identify their individual and family protection needs
Provide needs-based recommendations
Assist with applications and enrollment
Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
Assist with beneficiary updates and service requests
Provide ongoing support after enrollment
Connect with qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits.
