About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join their growing virtual team as Remote Member Benefits Specialists. This is a fully remote career where you will help families make important financial-protection decisions while building your own long-term professional and financial future. You'll work directly with eligible members and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, select appropriate protection, and receive ongoing service throughout the life of their policies. No previous insurance experience is required, as training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided for motivated individuals ready to learn.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone
Be willing to complete required training
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.
Experience in customer service, sales, banking, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, administration, military service, call centers, account management, or client relations can transfer well to this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Connect with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits.
Ask questions to understand each family's needs, priorities, and financial-protection goals.
Build professional relationships based on trust, service, and consistent communication.
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Help members understand coverage features and available choices.
Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Answer questions clearly and professionally.
Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment.
Complete required documentation accurately.
Conduct policy reviews.
Assist with beneficiary updates.
Answer policy and coverage questions.
Provide appropriate claims-related assistance.
Follow up with members regarding changing needs.
Maintain accurate digital client records.
Deliver responsive, professional service.
Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards.
