About The Position

AO – American Income Division of Globe Life is seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused professionals to join their growing virtual team as Member Onboarding Representatives. This role involves connecting with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefits, answering questions, assisting with applications and enrollment, and providing professional support throughout the client relationship. This opportunity combines customer service, member engagement, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No prior insurance experience is required, as the company provides training, mentorship, systems, and licensing guidance. The role is commission-based with weekly pay and performance bonuses, offering renewal and residual income opportunities, as well as leadership and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
Be willing to complete required training and professional development
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits
Create a friendly, professional virtual experience
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
Answer questions clearly and professionally

Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
Develop long-term relationships through consistent service
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features and available choices
Identify individual and family financial protection needs
Provide needs-based benefit recommendations
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with beneficiary information and required documentation
Help clients understand the coverage they select
Provide continued service following enrollment
