The role involves meeting with clients via Zoom and phone, educating them on supplemental benefit programs, helping them choose solutions, and building lasting relationships. It requires participation in ongoing training and professional development, working independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings
Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Comfortable working independently
